The property consist in two indipendent charming buildings, rented togheter or separately. THE VILLA (9 guests) has two floors: four double bedrooms to accommodate up to nine guests (8 + 1 additional single bed on request) on the first floor. On the ground floor the living area with large main hall with fireplace, kitchen room, porch and sun terrace, pergola with a barbecue, laundry room. A PC computer with broadband WiFi access available for free. THE ANNEX (3 guests) is a romantic ground floor building with a queen bed and a single, kitchen room with all tools, dishwasher, bathroom with tub, washing machine. A MAC computer with broadband WiFi access available for free. The property is all sourranded by a nice roses and fruits garden with remote controlled gate access, covered parking for 4 cars/motorcycles.

Annex: a romantic open space up to 3 Guests The Annex is a small romantic open space, perfect to accomodate up to 3 people in a queen size bed plus a single facing at the fireplace and TV. The main room is separated by a open wall with a arc, dividing the sleeping area by the dining area. The small kitchen room, all open with glass windows looking the flowers garden, has all equipment tools: dishwasher, fridge, 4 point gas, small oven, american coffee machine and much more. Just outside the kitchen a small pergola with table and barbecue to enjoy the quite of outside living. The bathroom is with tub-shower, WC, bidet, washing machine, ironing set. A wardrobe room next to bathroom. It is all surrounded by a nice garden with flower, it is indipendent from the Villa.
