  • There is a TV in each bedroom as well as a TV with a DVD player in the living room. There are plenty of towels and sheets. Pillows are all standard with each bedroom. We have tried to think of all the items needed to have you feel comfortable as you would be at home. There are beach chairs and towel for the beach. I have also included games, books, basketball, and tennis raquets with tennis balls.

The condo is on the second floor. An elevator is not available. Stairs are only one flight up and are comfortable for everyone to handle. This is a private community and for only discrete clients. A 10X20 garage is available for items as such as motorcycles or sailboats. This would allow people that ride motorcycles or have a fishing boat to store their toys safely and securely.

We hope you will find our condo as comfortable and cozy as we do. We enjoy our place away from home convenient. There is a new Publix grocery store being build 2 miles from the condo as well as a new Movie Theater being build just minutes away. The interstate is located just 1 mile down hwy 16 for the luxury of traveling to either Jacksonville or Daytona Beach. We are located just 30 minutes from either destination. Downtown historic St. Augustine is only minutes away and we enjoy what it has to offer. There are fabulous concerts on Friday evenings downtown as well as a boat parade that is a must see at Christmas time.
