Rental Rates for the cottage in Northern Michigan, Michigan, USA
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- NEW MANAGER...........NEW RATES!!!
- There is a refundable $250 damage/cleaning deposit required upon arrival. All refundable security deposits will be mailed out within one week of departure upon satisfactory inspection/condition of rental property. Rates are for up to 4 adults in immediate family (children under 18 are free). $15. per day for each extra adult. Primary renter must be at least 21 or older (occupying during time of rental stay). Deposit of 1/2 rental rate required to secure registration. A fee of $10.00 per day is assessed for dogs (max. 2) if your pet should accompany you.

Nature's Wonders It is so awesome to wake up early, sit out on the deck with a nice hot cup of coffee while enjoying the peace & quiet of early morning sights & sounds. As the steam rises above the pond, you're likely to see the little baby twin deer with Mom & Dad out for their morning romp.
Celebrating a Special Event? Wedding...Anniversary...Birthday??? We Can Help Make Your Event Very Special.... Perhaps A Party For Two(Wedding, Anniversary, Birthday) The rental has a picnic set which includes plates, silverwware, stemware, cloth napkins, cheese/meat cutting board & tools, & all complete with sitting blanket & space for your special beverage of choice. Candle ware available also. With Your Ideas And Maybe Some Of Ours, We Can Make Your Special Event..........Very Memorable!!
RELAX!! Play croquet, feed or catch fish (the grandchildren caught fish using a butterfly net...), relax on beach while little ones play in the sand. A small inflatable pool will be there for tots if requested. WANT TO GO FRESH WATER FISHING OUT ON THE BAY FOR SOME NICE BIG WALLEYE????? JUST ASK........WE CAN ARRANGE IT VERY EASILY & YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO BRING YOUR OWN FISH POLES!!!
