The Vineyard Estate is a 4500 sq ft luxury home, and the estate comfortably sleeps 14, with 6 bedrooms [master has a king, 3 bedrooms have queens, 1 bedroom has two fulls, 1 bedroom has one full, and there is a queen sleeper in the sitting room with the large screen TV], and 4 bathrooms. See rental rates which include all taxes, and minimum rental fees during high season, April-October. If the Vineyard Estate is not rented 30 days prior to your arrival, we are happy to rent it to you by the night. Off season presents an excellent value, at the vineyard estate. The Estate is available nightly from Nov 1--Apr 1 (two night minimum). Our weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday during high season. The estate has spectacular vineyard views.

Just 40 minutes from San Francisco, and 5 minutes from downtown Sonoma Plaza, the Black Sterling Vineyard Estate is nestled in between Gloria Ferrar Champagne Caves and Cline Cellars Vineyard. There is a big Jacuzzi with Bose stereo system, and brand new 15 X 30 heated swimming pool, and lots of space for outside dining and entertaining, two dining room tables that seat 6 each, and this 5 acre property has over 1 acre of chardonnay grapes planted right on the property! The estate has spectacular vineyard views from nearly every window, and there is a working Friesian horse ranch on the property, so you also have views of big, black, bold Friesian horses grazing in the pastures! Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Add $200 cleaning fee to all rentals.
