4 bedroom beach house overlooking Nantucket Sound. This is the ultimate location, with breathtaking views, beautiful sandy beach, bird watching, fishing, and a place to park your jet ski's, wind surfer, or boat. This is a wonderful family environment.
The private beach and warm water are perfect for young children.
The Boyt House has a beautiful detached studio off the main house, with full kitchen, full bath and a washer and dryer. Perfect for mom and dad or gram and gramps allowing you complete privacy from the house to relax for a while.
Every room in the main house and studio have TV's with DVD or VCR and we provide you with a small video and DVD library. There are games for everyone to play and some books to read as well. We have 2 sets of deck furniture and some beach chairs for your convenience.
