Beach Access House comes with a beach pass to South Kingstown town beach in located in Matunuck(10 min. away). This is newer pavilion with showers & playground. This beach facility has large grassy area for family picnics. It is within walking distance to a surf shop, grocery store, Vanilla Bean(ice cream shop), and the Ocean Mist( beach bar w/. great food).
