Renters and visitors, must register with the security guard. No more than 4 people may occupy the apartment.
This is a non smoking unit. - Reservation: To reserve your dates a security deposit of $200.00 - $300.00 (refundable) is required. An advance payment equal to 50% of the total rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The final 50% of the total rent is due thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date.
For reservation within the thirty (30) days reservation period, payment in full is required.
Payment is collected in the following manner:
Money orders, certified checks and credit cards are all acceptable forms of payment.
If a credit card is used, a 2.99% transaction fee will be added.
We are very serious and responsible business register with the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Tourism Company. They require us to collect a 7% tourist tax.
If decide on my apartment there is a short term lease that must be read/signed and returned to me by mail or fax with a copy of driver license or valid photo ID.

| Notes: | In addition the building has 24-hour security and a fully enclosed private pool and gym. Laundry room facilities are located on the 2nd floor with coin operated washers and dryers. Internet access is available in the lobby and pool area. There is also a safe underground parking in assigned space only for renters. There is a Cyber Cafe and Walgreen’s nearby. For your sporting convenience there is even tennis court right across the street at the Marriott Hotel, that can be rented for only $ 10.65 per hour. Free access to the beach, entrance is across the street from us. Taxis and buses are always available on the 'main drag'. Come and take in the ocean view while sipping on a glass of wine or just simply enjoy the sea breeze and watch the sun slowly set from your own private balcony. |
