Orleans house Rental Property Information

Suitable for four families or three families with grandparents. There is a heated pool on the lower deck. Fully Air conditioned. A majority of the house has handicap accessibility with an elevator. You find the ultimate magic upon arrival at the port. All rooms except one have panoramic water views. Docked on Pochet Inlet, the home feels like a boat. Board the gangway to enter the house, the main deck has an open floor plan, with a large living room, which leads to a screened in Porch. The large Dining room leads to a large Family room & Gourmet Kitchen. A Master bedroom Suite with Queen size bed. The library is also on the main deck and has a Queen luxury Sleep Futons. The Upper deck has three master bedroom Suites & a 29'x19' open deck. The lower deck has a lounge with a luxury Queen sleep futons. Enjoy the gorgeous views from the game room, which also has two luxury Full sleep sofas. No weddings allowed
