The house is 1/2 block from bus line (#10) that goes to Convention Center, Botanic Gardens, Art Museum, The Capitol, The MInt, The Molly Brown House, 6 Flags/Elitch Gardens ,and downtown. The neighborhood park, tennis courts and swimming pool (summers only) is about 6 blocks away. Close the National Jewish Hospital. Due to environmental concerns the City of Denver has severe restrictions on wood burning so the fireplace is for aesthetics only and not to be used.
