Amenities include: assigned garage parking and main parking lot will allow boat parking, glass elevators, 2 pools (one heated), sauna, shuffleboard and hot tub, TV's in each room, ice machine, washer and dryer in the condo, King Size bed in each bedroom plus a queen sleeper sofa, dining table for 6 plus the bar! Great fishing, dining, golfing and over 70 miles of Texas beaches.

Great food Port Aransas has some of the very best seafood restaurants in Texas!!!
Great fishing! You can charter for deep sea or bay fishing. Plenty of room to park your trailered boat and marinas for fuel minutes away.
Golf Information: Our brand new Arnold Palmer designed golf course is near completion! It is located right on the beach next to the condo.
