    Cancellation made between 14 to 30 days will loose their deposit.

    No Refund Will Be Issued For Cancellation Made With Less Than 14 Days Notice.

This rule can be amended at the owner discretion during the other seasons posted for rental. If the date you are looking for shows tentative booking , please call us. Golf Information: The cabin is located within 5 minutes drive from the Bethlehem Country Club, Bethlehem Maplewood Country Club, Mt. Washington Country club and 15 minutes from Waumbek Country Club.

Skiing Bretton Woods ski area is located 10 minutes from the property, Cannon Mountain ski area 20 minutes and 35 minutes from Loon Mountain ski area and Attitash Ski Area.

Snowmobiling The Northern White Mountain snowmobile trail system offers 1000 miles of riding north of the Notches. Snowmobile maps with GPS grids are available for purchase at the Trading Post. We are located near corridor 11 and corridor 102. Trailering will be required but parking is easily available at the Bretton Woods station and state owned parking areas.
