Enjoy your Cape Cod Vacation at our cottage in this quiet seaside neighborhood. It is located only steps back from the saltwater beach, with gorgeous water views. We have deeded beach rights to a private shared beach, and are steps away from a larger beach. Have your coffee on our private shared beach or cocktails in the open air on our rooftop deck overlooking the ocean bay. Our yard is completely fenced in, giving you privacy and seclusion, so important for a relaxing vacation. The interior is bright, clean and sunny. The dining room opens onto the ground level deck, allowing dining inside or out. For your convenience, your main concern for your vacation will be your clothes and food - we've made the rest easy for you! with linens and fully supplied kitchen utilities. Visit the local attractions, then at the end of the day, come back and walk right to the beach for a refreshing swim.

Seconsett Island is a quaint, seaside community just a short distance to shopping, beaches, attractions and activities. For a full day at the beach, South Cape Beach State Park is nearby, no highway travel necessary to get there. Since we are on the some of the most southernmost points of Cape Cod, the water is exceptionally warm, yet still refreshing. After a day at the beach, enjoy the breeze on the rooftop deck. Take sunset photos right at one of our beaches or have an evening swim. Walk along the causeway for a look at the nesting osprey or look for the great blue herons. This restful sanctuary by the sea is off the beaten path, yet so close to so many activities and attractions.

Boating Possibilities If you have kayaks or can borrow or rent them for your stay, there is plenty of room to store them in the yard. If you have a small boat on a trailer, we can give you several options for storing the trailer for your visit. There are several public boat ramps nearby, and yes, there are fish in the bay! For the adventurous, Martha's Vineyard is about 4 1/2 miles away by boat. Golf courses and bike trails are plentiful, and shopping is easily accessible at the open air Mashpee Commons (minutes away), as well as Falmouth and Hyannis.
