Lake Travis Water Fun is a private waterfront house located in Spicewood, Texas (35 miles Northwest of Austin) with 100 feet of waterfront on the Pedernales River on Lake Travis--right near the best 'water sport' area on the lake. The lake views from the covered deck are beautiful. Fenced yard in a quiet area with a gentle walk down to the water and the Boat/Swimming/Fishing dock. The house has 2 BR and 1 full BA and sleeps up to 8 comfortably. We provide all Linens, Towels, Paper Products, Dish Detergent, and Trash Bags. Queen in 1st Bedroom, Full Size Bed & Bunk Beds in 2nd Bedroom and Sleeper Sofa in Living Room. Kitchen with all needed cooking & eating utensils, Full sized refrigerator/freezer, Dishwasher, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Living room with TV with DVD/VCR and Cable, TV/VCR with in 2nd bedroom, CD player, Selection of books, games, magazines, CDs, and movies, Washer/Dryer, Propane Gas Grill, Covered porch w/ patio set & chairs, Boat Launch.

Policies We accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Visa, and Mastercard. CHECK-IN Time is anytime after 3:00pm. CHECK-OUT Time is by 11:00am. (We are happy to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs when we are able. There shall be a charge of $25.00 per Half-Hour that you occupy the house before 3:00pm or after 11:00am if you do not request and we approve an early check-in/late check-out). CANCELLATION POLICY A $50.00 Cancellation Fee shall be charged if you cancel once reservation has been made. If less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given then the Full amount of reservation will be charged. If you leave early or are a “no-show”, you will be charged for the Full amount of the reservation. Cancellations must be made by phone (person to person). No voice mails or e-mails will be accepted for cancellations.
