    Cancellation

    Cancellation notice must be received no less than 30 days before check in (60 days before Christmas and Thanksgiving) to receive a full refund minus a processing fee of 10% or $200 whichever amount is greater. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival refund minus transaction fee will be issued at the sole discretion of the owner or if your dates can be re-booked prior to your arrival date. If your dates can't be re-booked we'll credit you for a future stay. Some guests like to purchase travel insurance to prevent any unforeseen problems spoiling their vacation. No refunds for early departure.
