Clean and Comfortable We take pride in keeping all of our apartments spotlessly clean. We have tried to think of everything that our guests would want and if we don't have it, we'll try to get it for our guests. Our building is just 2 years old, is very secure and has hi-speed elevators for your convenience. There is a Fitness Facility in the building, open 24/7 for our guests. There is a Recreation Room in our building with a pool table that is available for use by our guests. There is a 'common area' south-facing terrace on the main floor of our building that is available for our guests to sit in the sunshine on warm days. Owners, Steve and Trish, live just 5 minutes away from the building and are always available to assist guests when required.
