We have tried to think of everything that our guests would want and if we don't have it, we'll try to get it for our guests. Our building is just 2 years old, is very secure and has hi-speed elevators for your convenience. There is a Fitness Facility in the building, open 24/7 for our guests. There is a Recreation Room in our building with a pool table that is available for use by our guests. There is a 'common area' south-facing terrace on the main floor of our building that is available for our guests to sit in the sunshine on warm days. Owners, Steve and Trish, live just 5 minutes away from the building and are always available to assist guests when required.
