Luxury accommodations, a spectacular gulf-front view, and beautiful sunsets await your arrival in our air conditioned condominium at Grandview West. Luxury begins with a spacious floor plan, 1492 sq. ft. with a 172 sq. ft. balcony. Our sixth floor unit has been professionally decorated using a Nantucket color palette. The spacious master suite has a king bed with custom bed covering, sliding glass door to the balcony and a jetted tub in the adjoining master bath. Our second bedroom has a queen bed and adjoins a large second bathroom. Bedroom # 3 has a double bed. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. You'll find granite counter tops and a fully equipped kitchen & stainless steel appliances. The living room and all bedrooms have TVs and DVD players. We also have a full size washer and dryer. Non-smoking unit. No pets. *On site check-in, Beach Set-up: 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella included, Kid's Club (in season), Fitness room, Heated pool.*
