Ours is a vacation home 3 blocks NorthEast of the historic Plaza --- a short walk to museums, major attractions such as Indian Market, Spanish Market, and other Fiestas as well as the renowned Canyon road with its hundreds of galleries. Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival require full payment upon booking. Home instructions are issued after full payment has been received. Please call to book your reservation.

    Cancellation/Refund: If property is re-rented to another party, at the same rate, for the same period, all monies will be refunded less 10% transaction fee. No refunds will be made if the property is not rented for the reserved period. No refunds will be made for late arrivals, early departures, or if number in party decreases.
