Built in 2007, this 2 story home has a spacious second floor with a combined living and dining room, a master bedroom with ensuite, and a full sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The well equipped kitchen makes it perfect for self catering. Two additional bedrooms with ensuites are located downstairs. The arrangement of the rooms gives Ahipara Bay and the Tasman Sea visual prominence that may push outings to the back page and make 'relaxing by the sea' the only order of the day. However, should you choose, there is easy beach access and a wide range of activities to serve your family's adventurous spirit.
