Hancock house Rental Property Information

Mountainside home in Jiminy Peak. Full kitchen, with dishwasher, stove microwave. 3 television sets with 2 DVD players, full stereo system. Washer dryer in lower level, along with playroom and pool table. Fireplace in great room that opens from kitchen, overlooking the mountains of the Berkshires and the ski trails at Jiminy Peak. Ski in-ski out accessibility. 2 swimming pools (one heated, even in the winter), hot tubs and tennis courts at base of Jiminy Peak, along with an alpine slide, mountain coaster, trampoline bungee jumping, giant swings and mini golf available during the late spring, summer and fall months. We are 15 minutes south of Williamstown, home of 2 wonderful art museums and the renowned Williamstown Theatre. Mt. Greylock is 5 minutes away with many hiking trails and Pontoosuc Lake is 15 minutes away with boats available for rent. We are 40 minutes north of Lenox and Tanglewood.

Jiminy Peak is located in the mountains of the Berkshires and offers spectacular views of the area. This is a 4 season resort with skiing and snow-tubing in the winter, ice skating nearby. Jiminy has many activities for families including an alpine slide, mountain coaster and trampoline bungee jumping, among other things. In the summer, there is a local bluegrass festival as well as music daily at Tanglewood. Theatre and dance abound in the area. Antique shops dot the area as well.
