Terra Verde townhome Rental Property Information

Our luxurious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is located in a quiet and secluded part of Terra Verde, with heated pool and patio overlooking an open landscaped area. Its unique location within the resort means that you will not be disturbed or overlooked by passers-by and neighbours. Your accommodation will consist of an upstairs, en suite master bedroom, and for the less able an additional master bedroom downstairs, also with its own adjacent bathroom. There are also two twin rooms upstairs which share a third bathroom. Downstairs, you can relax and enjoy the facilities in the family room; watch TV or a DVD, listen to music, or play on the PlayStation 2. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining area provides seating for all our guest to enjoy a meal together. Our home offers all the features your require for your comfort during your stay, and is fully air-conditioned. All bedrooms also have their own TV, and a Foosball table is provided for the kids in one of the twin bedroom.

Terra Verde is located on Poinciana Boulevard, a short drive south of the US 192, which is famous for being close to Walt Disney World Resort. There is no shortage of restaurants and dining attractions, outlet stores, shops, and small attractions along the US 192 and close by is 'Celebration', Disney's Community with theatres, many places to eat and little shops. Just 50 miles to the east the Space Coast is an easy trip from Orlando. Visit the buzzing surfing mecca of Cocoa Beach or Kennedy Space Center for an experience out of this world. To the west you can visit the Gulf Coast with miles of fabulous white beaches, bathed by the warm, calm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Or why not visit Tampa, the fastest growing city in Florida, or Busch Gardens. Beside unforgettable days at the areas attractions you can play golf at a wide variety of championships course or cool off at Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon or Wet ‘n Wild.
