Branson condo Rental Property Information

This condo is our home away from home and we are extremely proud of the comments we receive after people stay with us. Almost everything is new in unit from beds and couches to the washer and dryer. Holiday Hills is a great resort with awesome amenities, close proximity to the Branson Landing/Strip, and its' easy traffic free access to Table Rock Marina. The new Branson Landing offers modern shopping and restaurants, light and fountain shows, and great music. This is one of only a few 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom units in Holiday Hills. Located across Lake Taneycomo, this resort is only 2 miles from Branson Landing/Strip. The activity center offers access to board games, arcade, mini-theater, tanning-bed, and so much more. The unit has soaring ceilings and is decorated with a great cabin feel. Discounts on green fees. Don't hesitate to call with any questions. Golf Course Branson's first and oldest course, the Golf Ranch Country Club is now Branson's newest golf club, Holiday Hills Resort and Golf Club. Holiday Hills has recently completed a multi-million dollar total re-build. Their goal was to build a new championship 18-hole course that the vast majority of golfers would enjoy, while at the same time offering a stiff challenge for more competitive golfers from the back tees. What was once a nine-hole course, is now 18-holes with par 68, 5,771 yards with Hybrid Bermuda Fairways and Tees and Bent grass Greens. There are over 50 large bunkers, and water comes into play on five holes. Each hole has four sets of tee boxes for each level of play; ladies tees being the most accessible. The bunkers are very playable; the greens are large with a lot of undulations. Several greens have a double elevation, making it very important for golfers to place their ball on the correct side of the green, or face some difficult putts.

Tablerock Lake Table Rock Dam was completed in August of 1958 and is located approximately 6 miles south west of Branson, Missouri at White River Mile 528.8. It has a maximum height above the river bed of 252 feet, is 6,423 feet in length, of which 4,821 feet is an earth embankment, and has 10 Spillway Crest Gates. Table Rock Lake has a surface area of approximately 43,100 surface acres, 745 miles of shoreline, and a lake elevation above mean sea level of 915 feet at the top of the Conservation Pool and 52,300 surface acres, 857 miles of shoreline, and a lake elevation above mean sea level of 931 feet at the top of the Flood Control Pool. Table Rock Lake offers a variety of recreational activities including hiking, sightseeing, hunting, skin diving, fishing, and water sports such as swimming, boating, water skiing etc. People accessing Table Rock Lake from the Branson area will be able to enjoy all that Table Rock Lake has to offer plus the Activities Food, Lodging, and Shopping and Shows.
