  • A bedroom on the second floor right currently has 2 level bunk-bed and a loveseat/sleeper. This bedroom comfortably sleeps 3 people/kids. 1st floor bedroom is medium size. Both 2nd floor bedrooms are large and all bedrooms have large closets. Each floor has a full bathroom. Sleeper in the living room can be used for guests visits or when the house is fully booked to accommodate up to 9 people.

2 Adult Bicycles & 1 Bicycle for a child 4-10yo are included in rent, that work this simple way: You break it you fix it. Customer will be responsible for flat tires. Sprinkler system will be activated automatically in early mornings approx 6am. Sprinkler system cycle has 5 zones and total time of cycle is about 40 min. Water will not be sprayed over the walkways but anything left on the grass will be soaked. 2 Tennis Rackets and multiple balls are included. Internet access (wireless/non-wireless) included. Wired access will be available in 2nd Floor Right Bedroom. All other areas will have wireless only Internet access. Please contact the owner, wired access can be enabled anywhere in the house. Please obey Wildlife Sanctuary Rules across the street. Rules are posted clearly on the trees.
