Breckenridge house Rental Property Information
On the main floor is the great room with fireplace connected to gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and plenty of space. The deck off the kitchen is a great place to enjoy the outdoors and views. The dining room table seats 8 people. There are also 3 stools at the snack bar in the kitchen. The main level also contains a conveniently located powder room.
One level up is the master bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private deck. The master bathroom is has with a shower and jetted tub. Also the laundry room is located on this level, with washer and dryer for your convenience.
Up one more level, are two more bedrooms that share a bathroom. Both of these bedrooms contain a queen bed. On the lower level is the den. There you will be able to enjoy the recreation room with seating area, television, game cube, ping pong table and pool table. This area also contains bunkbeds offering 6 twin size beds.
