Large windows face down onto the fifty yard line of Sixth Street so you can watch all the action on the busiest block. From this spot on Sixth Street you are obviously directly in the center of the Sixth Street Entertainment District and both the Red River Music District and the Warehouse District on 4th street are about three blocks walking distance to the east or west. The condo has high wood beam ceilings, exposed 125 year old stone walls, and a full kitchen with tile counters and custom appliances. Parking PARKING. Street Parking Downtown is FREE ALL WEEKEND and is available in front of the building. Pay parking is readily available a ½ block away. Austin's Town Lake is four blocks, the Warehouse district is three blocks, Red River District is two blocks, the Texas Capital is a short walk and the Austin Convention Center one block away. This location is convenient to many restaurants, live music clubs, dance clubs, pubs, cafes, and coffee shops. Shopping is varied and unique with galleries, boutiques, novelty shops and more. The Austin chain of lakes are all within a short walk or drive. Town Lake is only 5 blocks walk away with water sports and hike and bike trails. Upon request, 2 mountain bikes can be provided for use on the bike trails. It's a great way to see downtown Austin, especially the famous Austin Bats flying out of their habitat under the Congress Avenue Bridge at dusk.

Bicycles I have bikes available for $20 each total for the ENTIRE duration of your stay. What a deal! They come with lock and chain. Bikes are the best way to get around Downtown Austin during the day and there are many interesting things to see and do on bikes all within a 1/2 mile. There are the famous Austin Bats, millions of bats flying out from under the Congress Avenue Bridge each night at Dusk. The Texas State Capitol is on 11th and Congress. There are miles and miles of beautiful Hike and Bike Trails surrounding Town Lake 5 blocks away. Anyhow, the bikes are really fun to have during your stay.

The condos are great fun, being smack dab in the middle of one of the world’s most famous Entertainment Districts, Sixth Street. I do like to tell people that Sixth Street is very wild and crazy, raucous, and loud, especially on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. It's people watching at its best and all at your front door. And, Sixth Street itself is directly in the center of Downtown Austin so all the other entertainment districts, Red River and the Warehouse District are within walking distance as well, within 3 blocks.
