This new, 1427 sq ft, air-conditioned Villa features 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, intimate dining area, washer/dryer and 110/sf lanai to enjoy the beautiful tropical evening sunsets. For your comfort, the master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King size bed and private bathroom.

The guest bedroom includes a Queen size bed and the third bedroom is set up with a comfortable Futon that sleeps two and a small desk which can also be used for an office. There is an attached single car garage with an automatic door opener and a single car driveway in front of the garage (parking for two cars total).
