Dillon condo Rental Property Information

You already know that Dillon Colorado is centrally located to 4 world class ski resorts, but did you know that in the summertime Dillon has an amazing amphitheater, farmers' market and bike path on the shore of a gorgeous mountain lake? Our brand new 'loft' condo offers great views AND the convenience of walking to so many adventures that make Dillon so special! Once you park your car in our heated garage, you can use our dolly and take the elevator up to the courtyard level of La Riva del Lago with its huge flower boxes and quaint lighting. When you open front door, you will be enchanted by the spacious and airy interior with NEW everything (except a few antique pieces). The main level is completely wheelchair accessible, even the large deck with wicker furniture and gas grill. The high ceilings, lovely pine woodwork, 6 panel doors, tile bathroom floors, granite countertops let you know that Eikedahls' Dillon loft is as special as the beautiful setting of Dillon, Colorado!

Dillon is a wonderful mountain town tucked between 4 major ski resorts. Don't be stranded at just one ski area when you can drive or take the bus to a variety of winter experiences within a few miles of Dillon. La Riva Del Lago, where our condo is located, is just down the street from the breathtakingly beautiful Lake Dillon offering a variety of activities in the summer....bike trail, amphitheater, marina, Farmers' Market, etc. Once you reach our home, you can take a short walk to the lake, summer theater and great restaurants and Pug Ryan's! For your convenience, we have 2 bikes that you may borrow so that you can experience the excitement of taking the bike path along the shore of the incredible mountain lake, an amazing adventure!! We also have new baby items (play yard, high chair and umbrella stroller) because we know how hard it is to travel with little ones! We know that you will enjoy our new mountain home as much as we do!

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • If you would like to rent for a month, ask us about the details!
  • Holidays: $1,800/week $275/day 4 day minimum (Christmas and New Years' weeks)

    Ski Season: $1,200/week $175/day 3 day minimum.
    Summer $ 900/week $140/day 3 day minimum.
    Other $ 800/week $125/day 3 day minimum.
  • Cleaning fee is included in your rent!

    We now accept PayPal for your convenience!

    20% deposit is required within a week of making your reservation. Balance is due prior to your arrival along with a $200 damage deposit. The damage deposit will be returned after an inspection of our home---we are sure you will take good care of our new mountain home!
