Brewster house Rental Property Information

This is the spot you will want to come back to every year. A private setting with views of the marsh, pond and seasonal views of the bay. Built in 2006, this is a beautiful 7 room, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Cape. It is an easy 1/2 mile walk to Paine's Creek Beach on Cape Cod Bay, a short stroll to Kate's Seafood and Ice Cream shop and the Lemon Tree shops on 6A. The house accommodates 6 people comfortably, with one King size bed, one Full size, two twin beds. There is also a extra bunk house which the kids love. The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender and kitchen towels. The house also has central AC, a full size washer and dryer, flat screen plasma TV with direct TV, DVD, Bose CD player radio, Weber gas grill, deck, and a sun filled patio. Please bring your own linens and towels.
