Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are available in a utility closet next to the garage. The suitability for elderly or infirm is that there is a queen bedroom downstairs, and a bathroom with walk in shower next to it. The fridge/freezer has filtered water 'on tap' and an ice making machine built in.
