This luxurious two-story villa features a Great room with 20+' vaulted ceiling and open space. It has 6 bedrooms, 2 en-suite masters, 3.5 bathrooms and a heatable screened pool and spa. The rear of the villa is not overlooked. It gives a feeling of tranquility and peace as well as privacy. There is a well equipped Games room with pool table, table tennis, foosball, air hockey, cable TV and sofa. The villa offers all basic amenities including 50' HDTV Home Theater, WiFi high speed internet, computer work station, SS gas grill BBQ with Infrared burner for intense searing heat, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, bed linens and towels, and more. Sleeps 12 + 2 people comfortably. It is 15 minutes from Disney theme parks, minutes away from many golf courses and near all the major attractions. This well known, established and peaceful Westridge community is located off highway 27 just 4 miles North of Exit 55 off Interstate I-4 and 3 miles south of Hwy 192. It is about 15 minutes from Disney theme parks, about 20 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World and major shopping outlets and other attractions. Orlando international airport is 30 minutes away while Sanford airport is 50 minutes away. The villa is approx 1.25 hour from the beautiful white sandy beaches of either the gulf coast or Atlantic coast. The villa is centrally located to enjoy most of Florida attractions. ). Publix Supermarket is 4 minutes from the villa and Super Walmart is 7 minutes from the villa (go North on Hwy 27) . Super Walmart is open 24 hours and prices are very reasonable.

    Pool Heat: If required this should be requested at time of booking & paid for with the final balance. Pool is heated with an electrical heat pump & the fee is $25 per day or $175 per week. The Management company turns On the pool heat approx 24 hours ahead of your arrival. The Pool heater will automatically shut off if the ambient air temperature drops below 40 degrees (F). Please use solar cover to retain heat when pool is not being used. Spa temperature can be raised to 102 Deg F by following procedure listed in the Welcome Binder.
