Canon City and the Royal Gorge plus all of your shopping and restaurant needs are only 15 miles to the east if your looking for more of the Old West for your shopping and eating needs the Old West town of Westcliffe is only 15 miles to the west. The house has all the modern conveniences - washer/dryer, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen, and satellite.
Abundant wild life is perfect for nature lovers. For fisherman, take your pick between the many lakes and rivers in the area they all come equipped with breathtaking scenery. The San Isabel National Forest and Grape Creek are less than one mile down the road and there are numerous hiking & biking trails. For the venturesome, the area has excellent white water rafting.
