Greensboro Ranch is situated close to the quaint town of Placerville which is at the foot of the Sierra mountains. Located in the heart El Dorado and Amador County making it in close proximity to historic Gold Country towns and wineries. Just five minutes to Lotus where you will find wonderful River Rafting and the City of Coloma where Gold was discovered.

10 Minutes from Where Gold was Discovered ! Looking for a great historical place to take the kids....Pan for Gold in the South Fork of the American River! We are only 10 minutes or 7 miles from the town of Coloma where Gold was discovered by in 1849 by James Marshall.
