    We charge a flat rate of $3,493.00 for reservations covering Christmas or New Year's Holiday. This rate covers up to 7 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal nightly rate. Christmas reservations must vacate by December 29 and New Years reservations cannot arrive earlier than December 29. Reservations which include both Christmas and New Years are billed a flat rate of $6,986.00 and cover up to 14 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal rate.
  • TERMS:

    All rates quoted are based upon four (4) person occupancy and are charged based upon the amount of nights you stay.

    Absolute minimum requirement for booking a reservation is three (3) nights.

    Minimum requirement for Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, Easter and BYU Graduation (Spring) is 7 nights.

    Minimum requirement for Memorial Day, Labor Day and Fourth of July is 5 nights.

    Add $15.99 daily charge for each additional guest over four (4) person occupancy up to a maximum of eight (8) people, including children over 1 year of age.

    The Nani Kai Hale has on-site parking for up to four (4) compact cars in its driveway. Guests can park along side the road or at the adjacent Hauula Beach Park.

    Add a one-time, non-refundable, $250 cleaning fee to all reservations.

We have operated as Hale Koolau LLC for nearly a decade, however prior to this change of entity we operated the business as sole proprietors, accommodating thousands of guests over the years. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau of Hawaii with an A+ rating, member of the Hawaii Chamber of Commerce, and have an 'excellent' rating on TripAdvisor. Guests who stay with us get more than just a place to sleep at night, they get their own beach house on the North Shore of Oahu. We have 450 linear feet of oceanfront property giving our guests plenty of room to lounge in the sun while being cooled down by the gentle breezes of the South Pacific Ocean.
