The St. Thomas ferry, restaurants, shops and bars are all a within walking distance. Frank Bay beach is just a 5 minutes stroll down the hill, and taxi service to the National Park's north shore beaches is both inexpensive and convenient. If you do choose to rent a vehicle, rest assured that Battery Hill, unlike some other locations, offers ample off street parking.
