The house is built on pilings with the living areas over the carport. The house has two decks and one screened porch beneath the top deck at the rear of the house. The screened porch has solid decking overhead to keep out direct sun and rain. The screen porch has a table and 6 chairs for eating or conversations. The top deck in the rear has a rocker and three armchairs. Front top deck has two tall captains chairs for viewing above the railing. New additions - 2 kayaks available for use in the marshlands and Intracoastal Waterway.
