Stunning, new waterfront home in historic Gray Gables, Bourne on Cape Cod. This home was built on the site of President Grover Cleveland's summer white house. Every attention to detail will make your summer days memorable. The waterviews are everywhere in this house. The house sits on the Cape Cod Canal where boats from around the world pass through. You will think you can touch them! You are a 2 minute walk to public Gray Gables beach and about a 6 or 7 minute walk to the popular 'Dike' along the causeway to Mashnee Island. This home has it all...hardwood and tile floors, jacuzzi tub, cherry cabinets, granite counters, 2 washer/dryers, deck, enclosed porch, parking, professional landscaping, and more. Access to private beach shared by owners who live next door. The water views are breathtaking. House was first rented in summer 2007 and the comments received by all were overwhelming that it was the nicest home and location and it far exceeded their expectations.

Gray Gables is a village of Bourne. It is a waterfront community along the Cape Cod Canal. There is a public beach with a lifeguard, raft and ropes marking swimming area. There is also another beach within walking distance with white sand, warmer water and where boating is allowed. Friendly people, quiet streets for strolls, a local market nearby, a marina just a few miles drive, and so much more.
