Edgartown house Rental Property Information

This home is located mid way between South Beach, State Beach and Edgartown Village. Home has all new furnishings, and has recently undergone full renovation of the interior and exterior. The home is located on private street that ends in a cul de sac. Very quiet and secluded location, but great access to all that Edgartown has to offer. This home's first floor contains 1 bedroom with a Queen sized bed and sliders to a private deck. There is a full bath located next to the bedroom. The first floor also contains a large bright living room with 2 sliders to a large deck, cathedral ceilings, 4 skylights and lots of light! This floor also contains a dining room and kitchen. Full bath on the first floor also has full sized washer and dryer. The remaining 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the second floor. A very open and bright floor plan. There is also a second large deck in the back of the house that overlooks a very private back yard and has an outdoor shower.
