Belfast cottage Rental Property Information

Relax in this newly refurbished, fully furnished 2-bedroom cottage with a great view of Belfast Bay, close to local shops and restaurants. The cottage is about 50 yards from the Comfort Inn, which has a water view restaurant. The large deck and picture windows face south and let in light and sunshine all day. The half-acre lot is 100 yards down a slope on the waterside of Route 1, screened from the main road by mature trees, making the cottage safe and quiet. The back lawn is great for volleyball, horseshoes or running the dog. Everyone who visits Loon Cottage says, 'This is a nice spot.' There are several restaurants nearby, including the newly-opened Friend's sports bar and Papa J's for great steaks, seafood and cocktails. Downtown Belfast is 5 minutes by car and we're about 20 minutes drive from the newly opened Penobscot Narrows bridge. The observation platform atop one of the bridge's towers is the only one of its kind in North America.

Gull Cottage is off Searsport Avenue, the part of US Route 1 that passes through East Belfast en route to Searsport and Bucksport. Belfast is a thriving city on Penobscot Bay.
