Gameroom has X-Box, billard table, air hockey, foos ball, ping pong, tons of kids and toddler toys (very kid friendly) In 2010, X-Box 360, PS2, Wii. Comcast cable, highspeed & wireless internet, long distance calling. Kids can watch TV, play and sleep downstairs while the adults get some downtime upstairs. Outfront has a basketball hoop, hike trails, pet and feed the horses in the pasture. Fish in the creek down the road. 30 Acres all to yourself. No neighbors, no traffic, no tourists, no noise but the beautiful sounds of nature. Home is still only 35 miles to Pigeon Forge to spend the day then come home to peace and quiet. Close to lakes for fishing. Nearest town is 4 miles from home. True vacation
