A 10,000 M/2 Beach front estate with 3 charming homes near each other facing the beach & pool. Can accommodate from a single couple in a honey moon, to an entire wedding party of up to 20 persons. These homes do not get rented to separate parties. Made mostly out of Teak wood & local rock, all over looking the beach, with the pool home in the center. Surrounded all by Almond & other fruit trees, where Scarlet Macaws come to feed daily. The beach waters are calm and very safe for children to play. A waterfall is only a short walk down the beach where you can wash off the salt water before walking back to the house to take a dip in the pool. The location of this particular beach front estate is ideal for travelers who would like to explore CR. Close to all major attractions in the area and yet is very private, peaceful and full of wild life. Only 15 minutes to Jaco,10 to Los Sueños marina, 90 to the airport.
