This is a very family friendly house. The first floor bedroom opens out to the pool and has a brand new bathroom that makes changing after swimming easy for the children. It is also convenient for an elderly person. Once they are up one flight of stairs, they are all on one level for a bedroom and bath and deck overlooking the bay and pool. The bay is perfect for boating or fishing and the beach is just down the street. The kitchen is ready for anything with a large quartz counter that is perfect for preparing meals or setting out a buffet dinner. Included in the kitchen is a hand mixer, a blender, 2 coffee makers, a sandwich press and a pasta maker.

Sandbridge is very close to at least three champion golf courses. The pool is great, the bay is good for both boating and fishing and the ocean is just down the street. There is a boat ramp in the yard so you can bring your boat. The yard is fenced.
