There is a kitchen that is fully outfitted, including an eating nook, coffee machine, microwave, and supplies. It is ideal for a tourists that would like more space and privacy than a hotel. It is incredibly quiet and is centrally located on a safe street, across from historic church and landmarked buildings. The front can also function as an office space for fashion week or for travelers doing business in town. There is a high speed internet cable and cable TV.

The location between 5th and Broadway makes it conveniently located close to tourist attractions, shopping, galleries and popular neighborhoods -- uptown/downtown and East and West sides. It also offers easy access to public transit. The Empire State building is close as is the newly renovated Museum of Modern Art. Madision square park is within 4 blocks and offers a playground, dog run and the popular Shake Shake Restaurant. Greenwich Village and SoHo are a 20 minute walk or 10 minutes by public transit. Broadway shows are a 15 minute walk away. Similarly, the Museum Millie uptown is easy to get to by foot or transit. Chelsea in Manhattan offers an array of restaurants with a variety of cuisine. It is also well known for its Galleries. It is an exiting neighborhood.
