This beautiful log cabin is conveniently located just a few minutes drive from downtown Blowing Rock, Boone, and the Blue Ridge Parkway; yet is completely secluded on a quiet, wooded mountainside. Inside the cabin you'll find a combination of rustic and modern furnishings to compliment the all-log walls, wood floors, and open-beamed cathedral ceilings. Warm yourself next to the soapstone wood stove backed by a beautiful river-rock chimney or take in the view from the screened-in back deck while listening to the rushing stream below. The area has many wonderful sites and activities to enjoy. Appalachian Ski Mountain, the Blowing Rock, Moses Cone Park and Tweetsie Railroad are all just a few miles from the cabin; as are many hiking trails. Downtown Blowing Rock boasts many quaint shops, fine restaurants, cultural endeavors, and fun festivals throughout the year.
