  • The waterview master bedroom has a fireplace, private deck, sitting area, and a very large private bathroom with a whirlpool tub as well as a separate walk-in shower. 4 bedrooms have panoramic waterviews, 4 of them have decks. The double bedroom with the futon also has a couch and deck on its own level -level 4-this level is called the 'Crow's Nest' and affords complete privacy as well as a spellbinding 180 degree waterview. The lower level bedroom has a dining area, mini-kitchen, a sitting area with a couch and plush chair and 2 twins, as well as a private bath - there are glass sliders leading out to a ground level private waterview deck.

There are two dining areas-the table seating 8 is on the waterside front of the kitchen, the abutting sunporch dining area seats 6-both have lovely waterviews. There is a door to the spacious waterview deck which runsa along the entire front of the house.
