Restored 1940’s Tybee cottage offers three bedrooms and three full baths plus a bunk room and two outdoor showers. The open living, dining and kitchen on the first floor offer a cozy gathering space. The screen porch out front fits perfectly into the idealistic summer at the beach. Outback the in-ground saltwater pool offers the perfect retreat from a day at the beach. Enjoy grilling and dining on the patio and sunbathing on the roof deck.

This is truly a special place to create some great memories. The charm of a vintage cottage by the sea is complimented with a modern kitchen and baths. The home is about 1,100 sq ft and maximizes the use of each space. This is truly a cottage home with details including cypress wood walls, pine floors, exposed joist and wood ceilings. The kitchen brings in a modern touch with stainless architectural appliances contrasted by bracketed cabinetry and a farm sink. The shed is stocked with beach chairs and bikes for your use.
