Our luxurious 'La Estancia' penthouse overlooks the beautiful bay of Piscadera. Located at walking distance (aprox. .25 miles) from Hilton and Marriott hotels, the 'Piscadera Residence' is a small four-story building, with 12-hour security guard, covered parking, and elevator that opens directly into the apartment's lobby. Rental price includes access to five stars Curacao Marriott Beach Resort & Emerald Casino facilities, Curacao's top resort. La Estancia penthouse is 3,000 sq. ft. - Has an ample terrace with a breathtaking 360-degree view of the bay. A charcoal grill is located at the outside terrace. There is an inside terrace enclosed with glass folding doors, where you can enjoy the wet bar while still overlooking the bay. Property has top quality remote controlled Bang and Olufsen sound system connected to all rooms, including terraces and bathrooms!!. There are plasma TVs at the wet bar, living room and main & second bedrooms. Property is equipped with central air conditioner

Our La Estancia Penthouse is located at the main hotel area of Curacao; Piscadera Bay. In the area you have the most important hotel chains including, Marriott, Hilton, Clarion, and Floris. Curacao World Trade Center is also located at the Piscadera Bay area. All hotels and WTC are located at walking distance from Piscadera Residence building. Refer to the aerial view picture provided in this website. The area also has a 5 kms jogging/walking corridor park used by many locals and visitors for their daily aerobics and exercise.

Piscadera Bay Area The picturesque area Piscadera Bay, on the southern coast of the island, is one of the three top tourists destinations of Curacao. Willemstad is located at 5 min. driving. The Queen Emma pontoon bridge connects the two sides of Willemstad, Punda and Otrobanda. Constructed in 1888 and replaced in 1939, this 550 foot bridge is the oldest pontoon bridge still in use today; when it opens to let ships through, ferry boats bring people across the Santa Anna Bay. It’s restricted to pedestrians only and a great place to take pictures of the historic downtown. The Mikvé Israel-Emanuel Synagogue is the oldest synagogue in continuous use in the New World. Located in Punda, construction was started in 1651 and the building was dedicated in 1732. It is still an active house of worship today, with sand floors to commemorate the Jews’ many years of wandering through the desert.

Golf Information: The 18 hole championship Blue Bay golf course is located at 15 min. driving from our property. This course will certainly leave a big impression on you.
