This beautiful three story condo was designed as a vacation rental to comfortably accommodate 8-12 people. Ground Floor: 1 car enclosed garage with two additional off street parking spaces, utility room, and large bedroom with a full bath. Second Floor: Living room, fireplace, dinning room, kitchen and 1/2 bath. Third floor: Two master bedrooms with one full bath. Vacation Rental Amenities; New: Paint, carpet, washer dryer, refrigerator, most furniture, all bedding, towels, plates, silverware etc. BBQ, towels. Two bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with 2 bunk beds with twin beds up and futon style fold out double size beds, fold out queen in the living room. Fireplace, 43' flat screen, DVD, BBQ and a ocean view deck. Activities and Attractions Just steps to the waterfront bluffs, arguably the nicest beach in the area.

Located at 381 Wilmar, Pismo Beach CA 93449 100 yards from the beach, walk to many quality restaurants, shops and beach activities. Walk to many (30 or so) restaurants, in many cases walk on the beach. Beach walk to the pier, downtown Pismo, nightclub, shopping. Drive on the beach 2 miles away, rent off road vehicles for the dunes. Typically great weather year round, only 4 to 5 degrees average temp colder than Las Vegas in the winter months.
