No smoking. No pets. Weekly and Monthly Rentals-Saturday to Saturday. Daily and Weekend Rentals-if available. Long Term/Winter Rental-October to June.

Shopping is fun: art, antiques, clothing, etc. (Outlet stores in NH&ME =1hrxcar) Museums are nearby: Peabody Essex in Salem or the many in Boston-an easy ride on the commuter rail.
