Supermarket and one of the best fish markets on the cape is within 5 minute drive, The ferry to Vineyard and Nantucket is a ten minute bike ride away! The house is spacious with 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 7) and two full baths & outdoor rinsing shower. Huge fireplace in living room , dining room, 2 car garage, den with wet bar, furnished private patio w/ stainless grill. Absolutely the best location on the cape. 2week minimum stay July & August

Sailing, tennis, theater, fine dining & wine stores, boat charters, museums, vineyard, horseback riding, plane rides, antique and artisan shops and all the cape has to offer are here in and around Harwichport. Boston is 1 hour away. Hyannis 30 min. Perfect location to explore all that Cape Cod has to offer. It is lovely.

The 2 second floor bedrooms each have 2 full closets. Linen closet in hall. Although there is a built in twin bed in the bar room/den there are no closets in this room so it is really a day bed for naps or for watching movies.

Location Location! This property is available spring, summer and fall. The summer season is the high season and, because the location is within walking distance to shops of all sorts, and has a private beach literally 150 steps from your front door, it is well suited for families as well as adults only. For July and August there is a two week minimum stay. The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet in spring and fall and is a perfect romantic or quite get away with several dining options from family to upscale within walking or short drive distance. We can also arrange a personal chef for a romantic weekend or a gourmet weekend with friends. Ask us for details. The fall season is also quite wonderful.

Please ask about our specials for holiday weekends/weeks, June, and September weeks. June, September and Oct are simply wonderful because all the shops and restaurants are still open but the summer crowds are gone, gone, gone!!!! We can tailor a vacation to your needs.
