  • CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY- If you need to cancel we will do our best to re-book that week. In the case that we re-book to another party, you will be refunded either your original rental amount or the amount of rent in the new booking, whichever is less. If we are unable to re-book that week you will be responsible for the full amount of rent in your contract. *to date we have always re-booked and refunded all or the majority of our tenant's money.
    REFUNDS- in the case that a tenant is not satisfied with the property upon arrival, and the instructions at the house are followed, and if still not satisfied, a reasonable refund will be issued. We want happy tenants!

The Kitchen is fully stocked for your enjoyment, including cooking spices, oils and all the tools you need for your lobster feast! Trash and maid are included in the rent price. The business center provides a desk and high speed Internet connection. After October 15th, the outdoor shower is shut down and patio furniture/grill are not available. Long term renters may inquire about the Winter lease from end of September through May.

The Wellfleet flea market is just 10 min. down route 6 where you can shop till you drop. Orleans, just a 10-15 min drive has a Stop and Shop for your grocery needs along with a great city center with plenty of other restaurants and shopping to explore!
