Amazing Rental We recently renovated our entire unit. It has imported Italian granite counter tops in the kitchen and bath, cherry cabinets, solid wood doors and trim and high quality appliances and fixtures. It shares a private pool/hot tub access with the other penthouse unit. It is penthouse luxury at a regular hotel price!

Hotel Features The Imperial Hotel (where our unit is located) has an owners lounge one floor below us which is great for those with late flights out. You are welcome to stay there on your check out day until you leave for the airport. There is a big screen TV and pool table in the lounge. If you want to go to the beach on day of check out, you can take your luggage to the front desk to be put in a locked room and shower in the owner's lounge before you leave for the airport.

Hotel Fees DO NOT Apply To This Unit You will have access to the Kalia Spa/gym and access to the computers and owner's lounge one floor below at no extra charge. There is also a coin operated laundry facility and towel exchange located on the 2nd floor. A phone in the unit provides you with unlimited local and toll free calling. We now also have a free high speed internet connection!
